Apricot Juice

Apricot Breeze Drink Recipe
Ice
Fill to Top Tonic Water
3 oz Apricot Juice
1 oz Vodka

Fill hurricane glass with ice. Add Vodka and apricot nectar to glass then fill with tonic. Stir.

Apricot Jack Drink Recipe
1 oz Apricot Brandy
3/4 oz Apricot Juice
1 1/2 oz Bourbon
1 oz Sweet and Sour Mix

Pour two shots of Jack Daniels into a whiskey sour glass. Add one shot of Apricot Brandy. Combine with apricot nectar and sweet and sour mix. Top with a lemon, cherry, or orange slice. Stir, and serve.

ApriJose Nectar Drink Recipe
1 1/2 oz Tequila
3 oz Apricot Juice
1/2 oz Lime Juice

Combine ingredients in a tall glass with ice. Garnish with a fresh lime slice and a sprig of mint, and serve.

Brandied Apricot Frappe Drink Recipe
1 oz Apricot Brandy
1 tsp Amaretto
1 oz Cognac
1 oz Apricot Juice

Mix ingredients and add to a double cocktail glass filled with crushed ice. Garnish with a cherry, serve with straws.


In the Sack Drink Recipe
3 oz Orange Juice
2 oz Apricot Juice
3 oz Cream Sherry
1/2 oz Lemon Juice

Pour all ingredients into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes. Shake well, and strain into a highball glass. Garnish with a slice of orange, and serve.

Iron Hindu Drink Recipe
3 oz Cognac
2 oz Heavy Cream
1 1/2 oz Apricot Brandy
1 ground Cardamom
5 oz Apricot Juice
1 1/2 oz Vanilla Schnapps

Shake all ingredients (except cardamom) with plenty of ice and pour into a hurricane glass. Grind a moderate amount of green cardomom on top. (This is extremely important, and gives the drink it's characteristic purfume.) Garnish with fruit, and serve.

Lorraine's Delight Drink Recipe
4 oz Peach Schnapps
5 frozen Strawberries
3 oz Light Rum
1/2 cup crushed Pineapple
1/2 cup Apricot Juice
3 oz Spiced Rum
1 tbsp Sugar

Add everything to a blender with 6-10 ice cubes and blend until thick and frosty. Pour into a frozen margarita glass.

Tanzanian Tonic Drink Recipe
1 oz Grenadine
1 cup Apricot Juice
1 cup Pineapple Juice
6 oz Light Rum
2 oz Orange Juice
2 oz Lemon Juice
1 dash Dark Rum
1 cup Peach Nectar

Combine ingredients in a blender until smooth. Pour over ice in 4oz glasses, and add a dash of dark rum to each. Garnish with halves orange slices and stemmed maraschino cherries.
