Cappuccino Granita

4 cups fat free skim or 1% lowfat milk (whole milk can be used)
2 tablespoons instant espresso or coffee crystals
6 tablespoons granulated sugar
Cinnamon for garnish
  1. Stir ingredients together until coffee and sugar is dissolved. Pour into a 13 x 9-inch baking pan. Cover loosely with plastic wrap. Freeze overnight.
  2. To serve, scrape with a spoon or ice cream scoop. Place in a stemmed glass. Sprinkle with cinnamon or garnish with chocolate curls, if desired.

Makes 4 servings.

At Home Cappuccino

2 cups fat free skim or 1% lowfat milk
1 tablespoon granulated sugar
2 cups strong, freshly brewed coffee
Cinnamon or grated chocolate, optional
  1. Place milk in 2-cup glass measuring cup. Microwave on 100 % power (high) until hot, about 2 minutes 20 seconds.
  2. Place hot milk and sugar in a blender container. Cover with a vented lid and blend until frothy, about 1 minute.
  3. To serve, divide coffee among 4 cups. Top each with frothy milk. Sprinkle with cinnamon or grated chocolate.

Makes 4 servings.

Amaretto Fudge Cappuccino

Amaretto Fudge Cappuccino

1 cup boiling water
1 tablespoon TASTER'S CHOICE® 100% Pure Instant Coffee
2 tablespoons Amaretto NESTLÉ® CARNATION® Coffee-Mate Powdered Coffee Creamer
1 tablespoon Chocolate Flavor NESTLÉ NESQUIK® Syrup
  1. Combine water and Taster's Choice in large mug; stir until coffee is dissolved. Stir in powdered creamer and chocolate syrup.
  2. Top with whipped cream and chocolate shavings, if desired.

Bourbon Cappuccino Recipe

Serves/Makes: 4 cups

Ingredients:
2 cups hot brewed coffee
2 tablespoons brown sugar
2 cups low-fat chocolate milk
2 tablespoons bourbon

Pumpkin Pie in a Glass

Pumpkin Pie in a Glass

2 cups (1 pint) whipping cream - divided use
1/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons granulated sugar - divided use
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 (15-ounce) can pure pumpkin, chilled
1 cup (8-ounces) vanilla flavored yogurt
1/4 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
Additional pumpkin pie spice for sprinkling
  1. With an electric mixer, whip 1/2 cup of whipping cream with the 2 tablespoons sugar and 1/4 teaspoon vanilla until it forms soft peaks; set aside.
  2. Combine pumpkin, remaining 1 1/2 cups whipping cream, yogurt, 1/4 cup sugar and pumpkin pie spice in blender; cover. Blend until mixture is smooth.
  3. Top with dollops of whipped cream and sprinkle with additional pumpkin pie spice. Serve immediately.

INGREDIENTS (Nutrition)

  • 1 1/2 cups cold coffee
  • 1 1/2 cups chocolate ice cream
  • 1/4 cup chocolate syrup
  • crushed ice
  • 1 cup whipped cream

DIRECTIONS

  1. In a blender, combine coffee, ice cream and chocolate syrup. Blend until smooth. Pour over crushed ice. Garnish with a dollop of whipped cream and serve.

Instructions

1. Pour prepared espresso into 6 coffee cups.
2. Divide milk evenly between the cups.
3. Add sugar and cinnamon to taste.

Capaleeno

1/4 cup malt or frappe powder
1/4 cup milk
1 cup ice
1/4 cup espresso
1 tablespoon chocolate syrup
  1. Place ingredients into blender, blend until smooth and serve.

Cappuccino Smoothie

1 (12-ounce) can NESTLÉ® CARNATION® Evaporated Milk, chilled
5 to 6 teaspoons TASTER'S CHOICE® 100% Pure Instant Coffee
1 cup (2 large scoops) vanilla ice cream
1 cup ice cubes
1 tablespoon granulated sugar
2 teaspoons NESTLÉ® TOLL HOUSE® Baking Cocoa
  1. Place evaporated milk and Taster's Choice in blender; cover. Blend until coffee is dissolved. Add ice cream, ice and sugar; blend until smooth.
  2. Pour into glasses. Sprinkle with cocoa.

Caramel Vanilla Latte

3/4 cup hot water
1/4 cup hot milk
2 teaspoons Vanilla Roast TASTER'S CHOICE® Instant Coffee
1 tablespoon caramel flavored sundae syrup
1 teaspoon packed dark brown sugar
1 tablespoon whipped cream (optional)
  1. Combine water, milk and Taster's Choice in large mug; stir until coffee is dissolved. Stir in caramel syrup and sugar. Top with whipped cream. Serve immediately.

1/2 cup (about 1 large scoop) vanilla frozen yogurt
1 packet Cappuccino NESTLÉ® CARNATION® INSTANT BREAKFAST Nutritional Energy Drink
1 tablespoon caramel ice cream topping or syrup
  1. Place milk, frozen yogurt, Carnation Instant Breakfast and caramel topping in blender; cover. Blend until smooth.

For Hot Caramel Cappuccino:
Omit frozen yogurt. Combine milk, Carnation Instant Breakfast and caramel topping in microwave-safe mug. Microwave on HIGH (100%) power for 1 1/2 to 2 minutes or until hot.
