Easy Strawberry Lemonade

Easy Strawberry Lemonade

INGREDIENTS (Nutrition)

  • 1 (12 fluid ounce) can frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed
  • 4 1/2 cups water
  • 1 (10 ounce) package frozen strawberries, partially thawed

DIRECTIONS

  1. In a large pitcher, mix together lemonade concentrate and water. Stir in strawberries.

  • 3/4 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 2 quarts water
  • 1/2 cup white sugar

DIRECTIONS

  1. In a large pan, combine water and sugar. Heat until the sugar just melts. Remove from heat and pour in lemon juice. Mix well and chill in refrigerator before serving. Garnish with lemon, lime or orange slices.

INGREDIENTS (Nutrition)

  • 3/4 cup water
  • 2/3 cup white sugar
  • 4 fluid ounces lemon juice
  • 1 1/4 cups ice water

DIRECTIONS

  1. In a saucepan, combine 3/4 cup water and 2/3 cup sugar. Bring to a boil and stir until sugar is dissolved. Set aside to cool. This step can be made in advance and stored in the refrigerator.
  2. In a pitcher, combine syrup, lemon juice and ice water; stir. Adjust to taste. Pour into a tall glass with ice.

  • 2 cups white sugar
  • 9 cups water
  • 2 cups fresh lemon juice
  • 1 cup cranberry juice, chilled

DIRECTIONS

  1. In large pitcher combine sugar, water, lemon juice and cranberry juice. Stir to dissolve sugar. Serve over ice.

INGREDIENTS (Nutrition)

  • 2 limes
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 3 tablespoons sweetened condensed milk
  • 3 cups water
  • ice

DIRECTIONS

  1. Wash limes thoroughly. Cut off the ends and slice into eight wedges. Place limes in a blender with the sugar, sweetened condensed milk, water, and ice.
  2. Blend in an electric blender, pulsing 5 times. Strain through a fine mesh strainer to remove rinds. Serve over ice.

Best Lemonade Ever

  • 1 3/4 cups white sugar
  • 8 cups water
  • 1 1/2 cups lemon juice

DIRECTIONS

  1. In a small saucepan, combine sugar and 1 cup water. Bring to boil and stir to dissolve sugar. Allow to cool to room temperature, then cover and refrigerate until chilled.
  2. Remove seeds from lemon juice, but leave pulp. In pitcher, stir together chilled syrup, lemon juice and remaining 7 cups water.

Green Apple Lemonade

3 large Granny Smith apples, peeled and cored
Juice of 2 large lemons
1 tablespoon granulated sugar
1 cup cold water
Ice cubes
  1. Using a juicer, extract the juice from the Granny Smith apples.
  2. In a small pitcher, combine the fresh apple juice, lemon juice, sugar, water and ice. Mix well and pour into 2 tall glasses.
Makes 2 servings.

Strawberry-Kiwi-Mint Lemonade Sparkler

1 (11.5-ounce) can Strawberry Kiwi KERNS® from LIBBY'S All Nectar
10 fresh or unsweetened frozen strawberries
1 cup fresh lemon juice
3/4 cup granulated sugar
1 tablespoon packed fresh whole mint leaves
1 quart (4 cups) club soda, chilled
1 lemon (optional), sliced
  1. Place nectar, strawberries, lemon juice, sugar and mint in blender; cover. Blend until smooth. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
  2. Fill glass with ice. Add equal portions nectar mixture and club soda; stir. Garnish with lemon slice; serve immediately.
Makes 6 servings.

Minty Green Tea Lemonade

4 cups fresh cold water
4 green tea bags
2 1/2 cups water
1 (12-ounce) can frozen lemonade concentrate
1/2 cup loosely packed fresh mint leaves
Lemon wedges for garnish
  1. In a medium saucepan bring 4 cups fresh cold water to a rapid boil; remove from heat and drop in the 4 green tea bags. Allow tea to steep for several minutes. Discard bags.
  2. In a 2-quart pitcher, combine all ingredients; chill at least 2 hours. Strain, if desired. Serve in ice-filled glasses. Garnish, if desired, with lemon wedges.
Makes 8 servings.

Blueberry-Watermelon Frosty

1 (6-ounce) container frozen lemonade or limeade concentrate, unthawed
2 cups fresh blueberries
2 cups watermelon cubes, seeds removed
1 cup ice cubes
  1. In a blender container, combine lemonade concentrate, blueberries and watermelon. Purée until very smooth. Add ice cubes; blend until mixture is slushy. Add sugar, if needed.
Makes 4 servings.
