CHOCOLATE LIQUEUR

Yield: 1 pint

2 ts Pure chocolate extract
1/2 ts Pure vanilla extract
1 1/2 c Vodka
1/2 c Sugar syrup (see recipe)
1/2 ts Fresh mint (optional) or drop Peppermint extract(optional)

Mix all ingredients and let mature 2 weeks. The chocolate tends to settle on the bottom and may need to be stirred before serving. Finished version will tend to be thin, but is still quite tasty and excellent for mixing in coffee or pouring over desserts. Add glycerine to thicken if desired. For chocolate mint, add 1/2 teaspoon fresh mint and a few drops of peppermint extract. Let mature 2 additional weeks.

Bran Lemonade Recipe

Ingredients for Bran Lemonade Recipe

* 1/4 cup bran
* Juice of 1 lemon
* 2 cups cold water


Instructions

1. Mix together the bran and water and let stand overnight.
2. Strain and add the lemon juice.
3. Chill and serve.

Blackberry Ice Cubes with Lemonade Recipe

• 2 cups fresh blackberries or 1 can of blackberries
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 1 cup cold water
• Lemonade

Instructions

1. Mix fresh blackberries with 1/2 cup sugar or use can of blackberries.
2. Strain through a sieve.
3. Pour water through the sieve to dilute the syrup.
4. Freeze in ice cube tray.
5. Serve 2 to 3 cubes in each glass of lemonade.
6. Other berries, especially raspberries and loganberries, may be used in place of the blackberries.
7. The solid fruit which remains can be forced through the sieve and used for fruit cream.

Blue Pixie Drink

1 oz Goldschlager
1/2 oz Blue Curacao

Directions
Mix the Goldschlager and Blue Curacao in a shot glass.
(This is a Flaming Pixie without the flame.)

Southern Russian Jack Drink

2 shot Whisky
2 shot Vodka
2 shot Southern Comfort

Directions
begin by pouring out two shots of southern comfort, your vodka of choice and jack daniels. The shots are added to the drinking glass in three rounds, in each round you add two shots simultaneously. Begin by pouring a shot of vodka and jack daniels into the glass. Then pour the remaining jack daniels shot in with one southern comfort. Then add in the final vodka and southern comfort. Stir, then add coke if desired.

Hollywood Night Drink

2/5 glass Coconut Rum
1 piece Maraschino Cherry
2/5 glass Pineapple Juice
1 glass Fill to Top Sprite
1/5 glass Midori Melon Liqueur

Directions
Fill the Martini glass with ice and Sprite and let sit while mixing. In a standard glass fill glass with ice and with the Midori (or equivalent), Coconut rum (Parrot bay and Malibu recommended), and Pineapple juice. Shake it until its mixed well and there is a frothy layer. Empty out the Glass, and pour the mixed drink, sans Ice. Add a cherry for added contrast and a treat to the bottom of the martini. Serve.

Absolut Damage Drink

1 oz Vodka
1 oz Cinnamon Schnapps

Directions
Mix 1 oz. of Absolut vodka with 1 oz. Hot Damn in a double shot glass. Drink. Have a nice nite.

Midori Frappe Drink

2 scoops Lime Sherbet
1 shot Vodka
2 shots Midori Melon Liqueur

Blend until smooth.

Naughty School Girl Drink

3/4 oz Mango Rum
3/4 oz Watermelon Vodka
3/4 oz Pine-Apple Juice

Directions
Shake ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice.

6 dashes Tabasco Sauce
4 oz Cold Vegetable Juice
2 dashes Salt

Most specifically I prefer to use Regular V8 or store brand equivalent and Miller Chill as I find it gives the best flavor when mixed. Use no more than 4 ice cubes as both the juice and beer should be ice cold. Pour the juice first add in seasonings and tabasco. pour beer in large glass over top then sink in ice if needed and stir

1 oz chilled Tequila
1 oz Orange Soda
1 whole Lemon Juice
2 oz Clamato Juice
3 drops Tabasco Sauce

Pour all ingredients in a Shaker with ice. Add salt and pepper to taste. Shake well and serve on a Margarita Glass with salt on the edge.

Tuacamole Drink

1 oz Tequila

1 oz Apple Liqueur
1 oz Tuaca

Directions
Shake and chill

Black Apple Drink

1 oz Cranberry Juice
1 oz Watermelon Liqueur
1 part Ice
1 oz Black Haus

Directions
Pour Black Haus, Watermelon Liqueur and cranberry juice into a cocktail shaker. Shake and strain into a shot glass.

Mongolian Motherfucker

1 splash Sprite
1 squirt Grenadine
1 part Vodka
1 part Creme de Bananes
1 part Coffee Liqueur
1 part Southern Comfort
1 part Melon Liqueur
1 splash Sweet and Sour Mix

Directions
Pour ingredients, in order, over ice. Shake, and serve.

B-52 Drink

1/3 shot Amaretto
1/3 shot Coffee Liqueur
1/3 shot Irish Cream

Directions
Carefully layer ingredients, in order, into a shot glass; kahlua, amaretto, then irish cream.

Blue Lagoon

1 part Lemonade
1 oz Blue Curacao
1 oz Vodka
Cherry

Directions
Pour vodka and curacao over ice in a highball glass. Fill with lemonade, top with the cherry, and serve.

Adios Motherfucker

1/2 oz Vodka
1/2 oz Rum
2 oz 7-Up
1/2 oz Tequila
1/2 oz Gin
2 oz Sweet and Sour Mix
1/2 oz Blue Curacao

Directions
Pour all ingredients except the 7-Up into a chilled glass filled with ice cubes. Top with 7-Up and stir gently.

Scooby Snack

1/2 oz Creme de Bananes
1 1/2 oz Whipping Cream

Directions
Pour rum, creme de banane, melon liqueur and pineapple juice into a stainless steel shaker over ice. Add whipped cream, and shake; until well mixed and sufficiently chilled. Strain into an old-fashioned glass and shoot.

White Russian
