Cream Eggnog Recipe

Ingredients for Cream Eggnog Recipe

  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons cream
  • A little sugar, if desired

Instructions

  1. Beat the whites and yolks separately. If using the sugar, beaten it into the white and the yolk mixture.
  2. Add the cream to the yolks.
  3. Put most of the beaten white into the glass.
  4. Pour the yolk mixture over it so that it will run down around the white.
  5. Put the rest of the white on top.
  6. A little vanilla flavoring may be added to this if desired.
