Irish Coffee

 1 1/2 oz Irish whiskey
     1 t  Sugar
          Hot black coffee
          Whipped cream

 Put first 3 ingredients into a glass mug.  Top with a generous
 portion of whipped cream.  Can be topped with chocolate shavings.
