Blackberry Ice Cubes with Lemonade Recipe


  • 2 cups fresh blackberries or 1 can of blackberries
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 cup cold water
  • Lemonade

Instructions

  1. Mix fresh blackberries with 1/2 cup sugar or use can of blackberries.
  2. Strain through a sieve.
  3. Pour water through the sieve to dilute the syrup.
  4. Freeze in ice cube tray.
  5. Serve 2 to 3 cubes in each glass of lemonade.
  6. Other berries, especially raspberries and loganberries, may be used in place of the blackberries.
  7. The solid fruit which remains can be forced through the sieve and used for fruit cream.
