Blackberry Bounce Recipe


Ingredients for Blackberry Bounce Recipe

* Blackberries, enough for 2 quart of juice
* 2 lb. sugar
* 1/2 quart brandy
* Optional spices


Instructions

1. Stew the blackberries, then strain through a flannel bag.
2. Add one pound of sugar to each quart of juice.
3. Boil five minutes and skim.
4. When cold, add 1/4 quart of brandy to each quart of juice.
5. Spice to taste.
