Banana Papaya Smoothie

Papaya lends its distinctive sweet-tart flavor to this smoothie. Perfect for a quick breakfast or afternoon treat.

Banana Papaya Smoothie
1 cup milk
1/2 cup sliced peeled banana
1/2 cup chopped seeded and peeled papaya
1 tablespoon honey
  1. Combine milk, banana, papaya and honey in a blender and purée until smooth. Pour into a large glass and serve.

Makes 1 serving.

Cooking Tip: Freeze fruit first for a thicker smoothie.
